The view from the hotel was breathtaking and the area around was great for a stroll in nature. We also appreciated the effort the hotel made to decorate the lobby and the hallway in a modern fashion.

There were many downsides to our stay. The service in the restaurant was incredibly slow and the food we ordered was not up to standard. Also, the price we paid for the room did not match the quality of the amenities and service provided by the hotel. we were disappointed with our stay and would not recommend this hotel.

During my business trip, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary breakfast and Wi-Fi that was offered at the hotel. The location was key as it was easily accessible and close to important business areas. Additionally, the room had a great view, which made my mornings better.

The invoicing system and some of the staff were quite inefficient which caused a lot of trouble when I tried to get my invoice. It was frustrating to have to argue with them for a correct invoice. If you plan to claim your expenses, I would advise not staying at this hotel.

Excellent personnel attitude, very helpful, very flexible and no-nonsense, beautiful location.

Outdated, rooms need to be seriously refurnished, restaurant price vs. quality not in 'balance'.

The views of the Rhine and general area. Accesibility to Ortello, Arnhem and surrounding areas. Breakfast and lovely room in which to eat it.

Limited menu, which didn't change in 1 week of my stay, with only 1 vegetarian option, although the food was good. There was one young man on reception who was excellent and helpful, another young girl was friendly and mostly helpful, but I'm sorry to say the remaining reception staff did not seem particularly helpful.

The credit card which my University used to pay the hotel did not work. I gave them information about whom to contact and phone number as the phone in my room was not working and neither did my mobile .They locked my room while I was away on the penultimate day of my stay and it was only after asking what's going on that they said it is the hotel's policy and their attempts to contact the university personnel was not successful. I felt this was unfair as they never gave any warning until they had locked my room. I was constantly enquiring about what's been going on since I started my stay there and never once did they mention that they could not contact the university personnel.

Nice location, looking over the river, surrounded by woods, on walking distance from city center (about 2 km)

Overall impression is that it is all a bit old fashioned, it could use at least some fresh paint. Clean and tidy though.

I loved the view out from the terrace across the Neder Rhine. The restaurant and bar area were attractive. The room was pleasant and the bed was comfortable.

I was surprised that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the room, or a hairdryer, or an iron, or room service available. There was no information about these things in the pack. Service from the staff out on the terrace was very slow. I had to go inside to ask for another beer, and it never arrived; there were only four other customers, so they weren't exactly busy!

The room's view on the Rhin was just faboulus.

The personel is not at a three/four star hotel standard but more motel standard (clothing, way of speaking to clients,way of serving....), the breakfast was not prepared/food was missing already at 9.00a.m. The diner is expensive for what you get.(quality and quantity) You go there for the view

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the beds comfortable. Of course the location was magnificent with beautiful views over the river. We enjoyed our stay.

Service was a bit slow, but the staff was in training and hey there was a beautiful view to enjoy, so not really a complaint.

room furniture, personal of the hotel, system of payment and giving the invoices. Thez take money at arrival day and give you the invoice at the departure date (after you aske for invoice 6times). For a bussines trip you need the invoice and you need to think about it all the stay. This was really annoying.

Good value for money Hotel, large comfortable room. And good buffet breakfast..

Just a small niggle - kept waiting at reception when checking in, while receptionsit carried on a long conversationg with her friend!
